We are proud to share that one of our team members attended the 2023 FENS-Chen Institute-NeuroLéman Summer School, held from July 2–8, 2023, at EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland, thanks to the support of a FENS scholarship. The program, focusing on motor movements and sensory systems through studies on living organisms, provided invaluable insights that have significantly enriched our ongoing research. The event also offered extensive opportunities for global networking, fostering fresh perspectives for future collaborations and postdoctoral applications. Moreover, lab visits at EPFL allowed for a critical assessment of our methodologies, inspiring improvements in our approach. Overall, this experience was not only enriching for individual growth but also highly beneficial for the collective progress of our research group. We extend our gratitude to FENS for making this opportunity possible.
